Template Policies

Please read these policies before purchasing a website template from The Kindling Studio. By purchasing any digital product from this website, you agree to the following terms.

License & Use

Each digital product purchased may be used for one project only (one purchase = one use). You may not share templates, files, graphics, or included design elements with anyone who has not purchased their own license. Templates and all included files may not be resold, recreated, redistributed, or reproduced. All designs are owned by The Kindling Studio, and you may not claim or promote these designs as your own.

Photography & Font Usage

Any photography shown in the template demo is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to its original creators. You must replace all imagery with your own or with images you have legally sourced. Some fonts used in the template may require separate licensing. You are responsible for sourcing proper licenses for any fonts, images, or graphics used on your website. The Kindling Studio is not liable for any licensing or copyright issues resulting from unlawful use.

Portfolio Use

Your completed website design may be featured in our template showcase, portfolio, sales pages, or social media for promotional purposes.

Site Credit Requirement

The site credit included at the bottom of all templates must remain visible at all times with an active link to The Kindling Studio.

Refund Policy

Because all products are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered. Please review all product information and the template demo prior to purchasing. If you have questions before buying, email maddie@thekindlingstudio.com

Payment Plan Policy

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so is considered theft and may result in legal action. You authorize continued access to your financial and contact information (as stored by our third-party payment processor) until your plan is paid in full. All payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and funded. After 30 days of non-payment, The Kindling Studio reserves the right to send the account to collections, and you will be responsible for the remaining balance plus any collection or attorney fees. The Kindling Studio also reserves the right to contact Showit support and ask for the removal of the template from your account with or without notice to you.

Template Support Policy

Support includes issues related to the template itself and the files provided. Support does not include troubleshooting the Showit platform or answering general Showit questions. For non-template-related help, please contact Showit Support directly or refer to their help documentation.

Pricing Policy

The Kindling Studio may change template pricing at any time, with or without notice. No price adjustments, refunds, or discounts will be offered based on previous pricing or future sales after a purchase is made.
